Passionate About Inspiring Others
Octavian is a professional with a multi faceted and varied background to guide him. He delivers trans and non- binary (also LGB awareness) training, through facilitating workshops and providing one-to-one support for companies, individuals and Educational facilities. His background in community arts and social justice has helped to form his presentation style which is both engaging and holistic.
He has been working as a freelance trainer and community speaker across all sectors in the UK since 2011 and has been a visiting lecturer at Goldsmiths university since 2015. He has 12 years’ experience supporting LGBT+ people and training both in the UK and the US, working on behalf of charities and himself. For nearly 10 years, Octavian has worked as a Senior Housing Support Officer at Stonewall Housing where he supports LGBTQ young people between the age of 16 and 25 reach their independent goals through holistic support, advice and advocacy.

He is passionate about encouraging and supporting diversity and opportunities for trans and non-binary people across all sectors and really enjoys working with people to help them reach their best potential. This could be through training, coaching or consulting to create more understanding and a better environment for people to thrive. He wants to see a world where trans people are supported to have the best opportunities and confidence to rise up to them.
